Netanya’s city center is dressing up for the holiday and will dive into the finest fantasy book of all time, Alice in Wonderland, in an exciting happening for the entire family. Come meet Alice from Wonderland along with the White Rabbit, the Mad Hatter, the Cheshire Cat, the Queen of Hearts and the card soldiers from the mad tea party and many other surprises. |

The Irises are Blooming – Time to Tour the Reserve
Another chance to partake in the fascinating, aroma and colour filled guided tour of the Iris Reserve:
Friday, 27 February 2015, 1:00 p.m and 3:00 p.m.
Embarking from the parking area on Uzi Hitman St. (Ir Yamim) located at the entrance to the reserve.
Please bring comfortable closed walking shoes, a hat and water. In the event of rain – tours will be rescheduled.

The Netanya Municipality and the Society for the Protection of Nature invite you to get to know a rarity of nature right by your house in a fascinating activity for the whole family as part of the activities of “Winter Pond Week” happening across Israel.
• Get to know an entire world in a single drop of water – what is in a winter pond? and who are the tiny creatures living inside it?
• “Give a Hand to the Toad!” – building shelter for the amphibians so that they can protect themselves from carnivores
• A Personalized Beak – on birds, water-birds and tools
• “Feeling Around” – following the winter pond’s hidden visitors
• Connected to the Place – heritage and antique works in the winter pond
• Fun Arts-and-Crafts Activity
