This is the summer season ! Temperatures can rise well into the high 30’s (up to 100 degrees). Please ensure that you drink plenty of water during the day, use and frequently apply sun cream, keep heads covered (especially younger children) and spend periods in the shade (especially between 11am and 3pm). Even though there is a breeze along the coast and on the beaches, it is still easy to burn.

International Chess Festival – Netanya Stadium

With the participation of Grand Masters, Israeli champions and dozens of outstanding chess players from Israel and worldwide.
June 23rd to July 2nd 2019, Netanya Stadium. Entrance is free. The matches will begin at 4:00 p.m. On Friday June 28 and Tuesday July 2, the matches will begin at 11:00 a.m.

On Wednesday, June 26, at 5:00 p.m., a giant simultaneous match will be held at Independence Square between Grand Master Soffer and Netanya Champion, Master Michael Lurie. Come play!

International ITF Men’s and Women’s Tournament
