Of note, though the kitchen does not have a kosher set up, for kosher guests a starter set of plastic cutlery and paper plates will be made available upon their arrival.
For Orthodox guests, there are shabbat keys for the entrance to the building and shabbat elevators. Plata and and urn also available. Moreover, upon notice that the guest is shomer shabbat (Sabbath observant) the building will deactivate the motion activated lights outside the apartment for shabbat.

Luxurious and memorable stay in Israel
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning apartment in Ir Yamim. The property is beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and offers every comfort you could need for a relaxing vacation.
The four bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view. Waking up each morning to the panoramic scenery and enjoying sunsets from the balcony made our stay truly unforgettable.
The location is excellent-close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and everything Ir Yamim has to offer, while still feeling peaceful and private. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully furnished with high-end finishes throughout.
Our host was responsive, welcoming, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to departure. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Israel. We would gladly return and look forward to staying here again in the future.

We had the most incredible experience at your beautiful holiday apartment. It was immaculate, comfortable, and well- equipped. We especially loved sitting on the shaded balcony! The location is accessible to the beach, shopping restaurants and public transportation. The hosts were available for any questions/ requests. Highly recommended for an enjoyable getaway

Best Netanya Apartment
The apartment was perfect in every way! Most importantly it was spotless and well-equipped, bright and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring the country, locally or just sitting back and enjoying the view. We walked to the nature preserve, we walked to the beach, we walked to the piano!
What a wonderful experience! The host was outstanding , and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The welcome basket and local guidebook, reading materials, and games were lovely, thoughtful touches. The entire home was sparkling clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!
