Location
Located at the heart of Israel, overlooking the Mediterranean shores, South Beach or as it is known locally Nof HaTayelet, Netanya. You are a 5-minute walk from a small convenience store at the Lagoon Vert Hotel. It’s a 10-minute drive from Ir Yamim’s shopping mall and Piano Center with their stores and restaurants, as well as the Ir Yamim Tennis Center. It is also a 15-minute drive from the Poleg Entertainment area, where you will find a range of supermarkets, shops, bakeries, ice cream parlors, restaurants, cinemas, and more. In the Poleg Hi-Tech Park (about 15 minutes by car), you will find a whole range of supermarkets, shops, bakeries, ice cream parlours, restaurants, cinemas, and more. It is a 10-minute drive to Netanya’s Independence Square. It’s a short walk to Argaman/Lagoon Beach and Netanya’s sea promenade. Access to this small quiet beach is from the Ben Ami Boulevard. There are lifeguard services and open-air gym equipment. You are a short drive from the extensive white sands at Poleg with its popular beach restaurant, or the beautiful sandy beaches of Netanya, which are a short drive away. If you like to hike, we have some great nature reserves close by in Poleg and at the Hof Hasharon and Nahal Alexander. This apartment is an ideal base for visitors eager to explore Israel’s many touristic sites in comfort and style. South Netanya is only a short drive from major traffic routes in Israel: Road 2 (the coastal highway), Road 20 (Ayalon Highway) Road 4 and Road 6 (toll highway), positioning the apartment only 20 minutes away from Herzliya, 30 minutes from Tel-Aviv and 40 minutes from Haifa. Those who prefer public transportation have comfortable access to Beit Yehoshua and Sapir train stations, located nearby and to bus and taxi services.
