Payment and Confirmation
- The fee for cleaning at the end of the rental period is 600 Shekels (which is not included in the rental price).
- Electricity is charged by the meter, readings are taken on arrival and departure.
- Arrivals & Departures outside Business Hours: If it becomes necessary for our representative to meet you on either your arrival or departure outside business hours, if available an additional amount of 150 Shekels will be charged. Standard Israeli Business hours are Sunday to Thursday 8 am – 6 pm and Friday 8am – 1pm.
- Cleaning – for rentals over one week our cleaner must be booked (through IPC Vacation Rentals) on a weekly basis
- In order to secure a reservation a Security Deposit of US$700 is taken, which is refunded after your stay, less any breakages or damages.
- Payment to be made by transfer to owners bank account. The booking is confirmed after we have received your signed rental agreement and the deposit.
- Full payment for the booking is due 30 days before arrival. If the booking is made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment should be made on booking.
In the Poleg Hi-Tech Park (about 5 minutes by car) you will find a whole range of supermarkets, shops, bakeries, ice cream places, and restaurants, cinemas and more. The local Synagogue is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Ir Yamim’s huge shopping mall is now open. You are a short walk from this fantastic new shopping centre with restaurants, bowling and other attractions.
