IPC Vacation Rentals Terms and Conditions

 

1. Availability Calendar and Booking Requests:

1.  Our website displays availability calendars and details for each property.

2. Guests can submit booking requests through the website. Submitting a request does not guarantee a booking.

2. Booking Confirmation:

1. Bookings become final only when payment is made, and a confirmation is sent by IPC Vacation Rentals.

2. Booking details, including availability, prices, and property features, may change without prior warning or differ slightly from what is published on the website.

3. Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation policies may vary for each property and are defined in the rental agreement.

2. Detailed cancellation policies will be provided to the inquirer upon request during the booking process.

4. Check-In and Check-Out:

1. Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

5. Property Rules:

1. The property is for the exclusive use of registered guests.

2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

3. Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.

4. There is no access to building facilities such as Gym, Pool, Resident’s Room, etc unless explicitly stated in the rental agreement.

5. Guests are required to keep noise levels to a minimum between 2-4 pm and 11 pm-7 am.

6. Guests must be respectful and considerate to neighbors.

7. Guests must treat the property and its contents with respect.

6. Use of Website:

1. The use of our website is subject to these terms and conditions.

2. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

3. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

7. Privacy Policy:

1. The use of personal information provided during the reservation process is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

8. Liability:

1. IPC Vacation Rentals is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen items that occur on the property.

2. Guests are responsible for any losses or damage caused to the property and its contents during their stay.

3. IPC Vacation Rentals is not a party to rental agreements or financial transactions between the renter and the property owner. We disclaim any liability or responsibility in connection with these agreements.

9. Force Majeure:

1. IPC Vacation Rentals is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or labor disputes.

10. Complaints:

1. Any complaints or issues with the property must be reported to IPC Vacation Rentals immediately so that we can address them promptly.

11. Governing Law:

1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The State of Israel, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of The State of Israel.

12. Changes to Terms:

1. IPC Vacation Rentals reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be bound by the version in effect at the time of their reservation.
